Celebratory Hog Roast For A Graduation Party

Hog Roast St. Andrews were delighted to be asked to cater at a graduation party at the historic St. Andrews university for 50 people.  The booking was made on the Wednesday for us to cater on the Saturday and fortunately, we were available be able to cater at the event even though it was last minute!  One of the areas that makes us stand out from the competition, alongside the delicious food, professional service and coverage in Scotland that we have, is the flexibility and adaptability so that we can react quickly to our client’s requirements.  This was no exception and, as we cover the whole of Scotland, it made a change for us to be able to provide our great service to a client on our doorstep!

We have a range of menus for this type of event and one thing that you can guarantee from Hog Roast St. Andrews, is a selection of mouth-watering food.  The menus range from a straightforward, no Scotlandfrills, hog in a roll through to very formal catering options and in this case the client was clear that our traditional hog in a roll was the most suitable but asked if we could tailor this with veggie skewers, mixed salad and coleslaw, which we most certainly will do without fuss.  We cater for all manner of events; private parties like this, weddings, corporate, sports and charity events and we really do pride ourselves on ensuring that we serve exactly what the client requests, whatever the requirements.  This was no exception and we always try to fulfil the client’s expectation and requirements and wherever possible surpass them; we always welcome feedback and regularly receive very complimentary comments from young and old alike.

We started serving when the guests were ready and as they had already got a whiff of the delicious aromas of the food that we were preparing, they were certainly ready for their food!  Needless to say, the diners were excited and delighted at the food we had to offer with very complimentary feedback on the quality and service that Hog Roast St. Andrews gave.
