Hog Roast Spean Bridge – BBQ Season Has Arrived!

Hog Roast Spean BridgeWe hope you’ve been enjoying the sunny weather as much as we have! With all the sky-splitting sunshine and warm temperatures that Scotland has been blessed with recently, we’re delighted to share that business has been booming here at Hog Roast Spean Bridge, which, of course, means that our team has been able to attend plenty of exciting alfresco events as of late!

Every day has been filled with new adventures for our catering crew, who, over the weekend, assisted Dave with his first BBQ of the year! Our team, fronted by catering manager, Steve, had an absolute blast working with Dave in the lead-up to this event, and the client couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.

Hog Roast Spean BridgeWe arrived at the client’s home early in the morning, giving us plenty of time to set up our equipment and fire up the grills, arrange the dining furniture and layout the condiments, dips, seasonings, bread rolls and wraps. The main dishes, which consisted of chicken kebabs, gourmet sausages, spareribs, handmade British beef burger patties and bright and colourful vegetable and halloumi skewers, were prepared very shortly before the guests started to arrive, so everyone was very impressed with how fresh and delicious everything tasted!

Greek salad, homemade coleslaw and mixed sweet potato and regular fries were also included on the menu, allowing the guests to experiment with a variety of unique flavour combinations. This was definitely a highlight for the group, who kept coming back for more!

Most importantly for Dave, he had the freedom to let loose and soak up the atmosphere, chat with his guests and make memories without having to worry about the consequences of straying too far from the grill. With Hog Roast Spean Bridge handling everything food-related, the client was able to enjoy his event to the absolute fullest.

Even when the gathering came to an end, and the guests began to slowly disperse, Dave didn’t have to worry about taking care of the aftermath. He was able to relax while Hog Roast Spean Bridge took care of cleaning up the leftovers, crockery, cutlery and napkins that were left behind from the party.
