Hog roast Kippen catering

Its been a little while since I left my last blog and a lot has happened, we had an incredible Christmas Hog roast Kippen catering had been inundated with Christmas orders and we were really worried thinking we might not be able to cope but we got there! And yeh there was no snow but there is now don’t really mind now though as our rush is over. We had a fantastic New Year holding our biggest event to date and it really did go with a bang! We are now planning for the year ahead and have lots of new ideas that we want to try out. We are thinking about new menus and have just employed a chef at Hog roast hire. Our chef is professionally trained and has bags of enthusiasm and just recently graduated. He too has lots of new ideas to improve the succulent, juicy, tender meat and we cannot wait to take him along to our first job, which is next week! Hog roast catering are off down south and the weather is supposed to be okay we hope! It is not a large event we are catering for seventy- five and it is for a new retirement home and should be fun! A great place for our new Kippen chef to show off his skills. We have been looking forward to this one, it has been pre booked for some and we know the elderly guests will be a hoot as they normally are, we always get great banter from the elderly folk and they really appreciate good old- fashioned cooking. We have pre ordered the Kippen pig from our fantastic supplier who has been fantastic again supplying us with the best quality meat and we cannot thank him enough for his continued support. Our chef is eager to get started and has been putting his culinary skills to practice at Hog roast hire Kippen last week and he put on quite a show for us. So for the year ahead it is going to be a good one I can just feel it in my bones! I am also very grateful to my lovely Husband who has been at my side for the past five years giving up his job to help me start my new business well to be honest he was sick of his job in the first place! Without him I would not be the success I am today and really do not tell him often enough well to be honest I don’t want his head to swell! And now there will be three of us with the new chef!
