The whole experience was a resounding success, thank you.
Steve and his parents organised everything and it was so refreshing not to have the worry of catering for a party of 20 family members and friends. Nothing was missing, the timing was excellent as was the quality of the fare. The antipasti starters, the succulent roast pig with accompanying roast potatoes and skewered vegetables, coleslaws and salads all hot crisp and quickly served. The crisp crackling shouldn’t go unmentioned either. As for quantity there were seconds for anyone who wished and “doggy bags” to take away. There was hardly room for the home made desserts but strangely they all disappeared.
All in all I would award 10 out of 10
A beautiful pagoda had been erected by Carpe Diem, a local company, in case of rain, but the sun shone throughout so we need not have worried.
Everything was perfect.
