I can’t emphasise enough how well the team on site handled the weather-driven changes. We had to relocate them with 30 seconds notice and they cooked and served through horrendous rain while working with me to provide cover for guests between the house where we had relocated and the Spitting Pig serving tables. It could have been a disaster, but it was in fact the talking point of the afternoon.
