Jenny and Myles have four children and are always coming up with new ideas to keep everyone occupied, especially during the colder months when they can’t enjoy the garden. Later this autumn, the family are hosting a movie night at their home in Scotland for their children and their school friends to enjoy. The event is sure to be a great way to spend the evening and will be the perfect way to keep everyone busy! To make the evening even more enjoyable, Hog Roast Braemar has been hired to cater for the occasion with our delicious and comforting hog roast menu. Our manager Steve is on hand to create the perfect menu for the occasion, with plenty of options for everyone to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, Steve and the Hog Roast Braemar team will arrive at the private venue in the afternoon and begin preparing for the 7:00pm serving time. We will start by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Additionally, we will be serving succulent pork sausages and marinated chicken kebabs, to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy. The main dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling, and homemade chips and corn cobettes. Overall, this is sure to be a tasty and varied menu, with more than enough to go around!
