✨ What a day at the beautiful Backhouse Rossie Estate - Weddings! ✨

We had the pleasure of catering for the lovely Kimberley & Mark and their wonderful guests this weekend — serving up one of our signature Hog Roasts for 100 hungry guests at 5:30 pm! 🐖🔥

The star of the show was our Whole Roasted Pig with golden crackling, served with apple sauce, sage & onion stuffing, and a delicious selection of bread rolls and wraps (including gluten-free options).

To complement the roast, we served:
🥗 Tomato & Mozzarella Salad
🥬 Mixed Salad
🥕 Coleslaw
🍗 Juicy Chicken Thighs
🍟 Freshly made chips & sweet potato fries — with plenty of sauces, salt, and vinegar to finish it off!
