Last weekend’s was an eye opener! And Hog Roast Stockbridge was there to provide the Hog Roast Catering for the event. No expense was spared as the venue was flown in and built onsite! With everything prepped the night before we were up early and off to Stockbridge to set up. The menu that was selected was the ever popular southern slow roast, a variety of meats slow low cooked and marinated in our secret rub and sauce. This process gives perfectly pulled pork, amazing brisket and not to forget lamb to die for. A selection of salads, jacket potato wedges and a fantastic vegetarian option (for you non-carnivores) finished off the selection. Pre-main drinks flowed and our staff provided delicate canapés to excite the appetite and give a taste of what was to come. The main event was complimented very highly as guests came back for 2nd and 3rd helpings. An excellent event to cater for and the atmosphere was fantastic. As the party continued into the night we packed down discreetly and set off back to base.
