Full to the brim with history including Abderour Castle which is possibly Scotland’s oldest standing Castle as it was built in 1100’s. Aberdour is also only a few miles away from Incholm Island where you can visit Incholm Abbey which dates back to the 12th century and is the best-preserved group of monastic buildings in Scotland.
