Our job as caterers gives us the unique opportunity to be involved in some of the most memorable life experiences our customers and clients will ever go through. And it is through our expert understanding of the significance of these huge life moments that Hog Roast Dalwhinnie has crafted a top-tier catering service, which aims to provide a seamless booking process, unmatched customer care and fresh-made five-star meal plans with a focus on inclusivity and affordability.
Hog Roast Dalwhinnie’s dedication to our customers is paramount, which has led us to become Scotland’s best-loved hog roasting provider. Not only does this mean we regularly get to share our passion for food with the nation, but it also gives us the chance to be involved in these all-important celebrations that people hold so dearly.
With that, we are thrilled to announce that Eilidh and Connor trusted Hog Roast Dalwhinnie to handle their wedding menu. Their months of planning culminated on Saturday afternoon when the pair tied the knot in a traditional Scottish ceremony surrounded by their family and friends.
Guests had travelled from near and far to be a part of the couple’s love story, and tasked with treating them to the meal of a lifetime was our seasoned (pardon the pun!) catering manager, Steve.
Working hard to impress the bride and groom and leave the guests with a mind-blowing dining experience, Steve and the Hog Roast Dalwhinnie team rustled up our Wedding Catering With Canapes and Drinks Service menu, which is an extremely popular option.
This stunning feast kick started with canapé platters, comprising handmade gourmet sausage, smoked Scottish salmon, mini quiche, roasted duck and mini pizzas, which our serving staff presented to the group with champagne flutes whilst the happy couple snuck off for a private photo shoot.
When Eilidh and Connor returned, Hog Roast Dalwhinnie quickly rolled out the buffet, which offered guests a choice of our traditional hog roast, free-range turkey or grilled veggie kebabs with a choice of salads and buttered new potatoes as the sides.
Our team’s final responsibility was cutting and serving the wedding cake after the first dance, which they presented with fresh cream and ripe berries, much to the guests’ delight!
