Another busy weekend for us here at spitting pig Scotland, with 
hog roast Pitlochry catering for a corporate function serving hog roast rolls with sauces and delicious crackling to a very hungry bunch. With many satisfied customers with happy bellies we returned home to the farm to prep for the next busy day with events including catering at a wedding reception at the Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry, serving our very popular menu of hog roast rolls, salads and our specialty of saltire potatoes, new potatoes in a herb butter rolled in pinhead oatmeal, this menu along with our signature potatoes went down a storm with all the guests. We have catered at Atholl palace on a number of occasions and its always nice to be invited back to cater at these events.
With all the weekends hog roast Pitlochry events over we returned to the farm to wash all the machines and prepare for the coming week, with site visits for a wedding and a garden party, and of course, we have all our lovely free range pigs to feed to!
