Hog Roast Aviemore had the pleasure of catering for Jade and Christopher’s dream wedding at a castle estate nestled in the rolling hills of the Scottish countryside. The misty atmosphere, ancient architecture, and breathtaking views were the perfect backdrop for a day of celebration. But, as many of the 150 guests attested, the real showstopper was the food.

As the guests arrived, we treated them to an array of delicious canapés, ranging from mini fish and chips to chicken satay skewers. With every bite, the guests were prepared for the grand feast that was to come.

Once the toasts were over, Hog Roast Aviemore served roasted breast of Gressingham duck starters with such flair, we spotted more than a few phones snapping pics before the first bite. But the main event? An all-you-can-eat buffet featuring our traditional hog roast, with all the trimmings, whole-roasted free-range chickens, and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. And we didn’t forget the sides – fresh, vibrant salads, gourmet coleslaw, and dreamy dauphinoise potatoes ensured every guest had something to savour. As the night drew to a close, we rolled out a dessert buffet filled with chocolate torte and irresistible profiteroles.

Thanks to our dedicated duo, John and Ann, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Jade and Christopher were beyond thrilled with how the day unfolded, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to help make their dream wedding a reality.
