Your guys turned up in the right place, bang on time (given our rural location, that in itself is an achievement). They were very polite, asked for very little (a kettle of hot water for the chafing dishes) and unobtrusively set about getting prepared for service.
Food was delivered at the agreed time and was everything that had been promised. The food was hot, tasty, and plentiful (I asked to cater for 60, there were about 45 attendees). Several of our guests complimented the food.
At the end, the guys left as quietly as they arrived, in fact I didn’t see them leave (or I would have said thank you to them directly) and they left no mess. The only evidence of their presence was the platefuls of left over pig that appeared.
I think your guys could reasonably describe themselves as Hog Roast Ninjas. Thanks again to all, the hog roast rounded of our opening day celebration.
