Our meat, which is ethically-reared and sourced from the best local producers, is then skilfully prepared in our state of the art hog roasting machines, until it is falling off the bone and bursting with flavour. Whether you want to enjoy our pork in a traditional hog roast sandwich with all the trimmings, or as part of the main meal in one of our 3 course menus, it is always freshly prepared at your venue on the day of your event. We also make all of the other elements of your menu from scratch whilst the meat in being delicately roasted over the course of several hours, including all of our starters, side dishes, desserts and canapes.
