We had a busy weekend fitting in a last minute job for Bam Nuttall construction at the ineos plant near Laurieston. We fed 120 hungry construction workers with hog roast rolls and stuffing with vegetarian pizzas for the vegetarians in the crew. It was a last minute booking on Friday night at 4.30pm for a hog roast on the Saturday. Here at hog roast Laurieston we thrive on the chance to accommodate customer’s needs… especially this late on the day. We left around 8pm with everybody suitably fed and watered with the boss on the site happy; we managed this at such late notice and dealt with the pressure perfectly. The sun was shining and everybody had a fantastic day. Hog roast Laurieston returned late on Saturday night to unload the van ready to attend the annual Spitting Pig meeting on the Monday morning.
