Anniversaries aren’t just important for couples – they’re important for businesses too. Whether you’ve been up and running for a year, five, or thirty (like us), every milestone deserves to be celebrated accordingly. So, when Ross-Shire Engineering Ltd was coming up for their big 10 year anniversary, they knew they had to make it a day to remember.
Responsible for the optimisation of water treatment, inspection, repair and maintenance of over 35,000 water sector assets in any given year, things at RSE move fast. They have teams scattered across the UK, working tirelessly to improve water purification and recycling. And so, when the chance to unwind and celebrate how far they’ve come approached, they grabbed the opportunity with both hands and called Hog Roast Inverness in to do the honours of catering for their 100 guests.
At Hog Roast Inverness, we’re no strangers to catering for corporate events and we understand how important it is for every detail to run smoothly. Whether it’s getting the food served on time, accommodating dietary requirements or making sure everything looks beautiful on the plate, you can always trust us to get it right. And this occasion was no different.
Our catering manager, Brian, made sure our Southern Slow Roast Menu was ready on time for the 1.30 pm serve, with plenty of variety on offer to entice every palate. From BBQ pork butt and Texan-style beef brisket to the Cajun spiced whole roasted chickens and butchers’ sausages, the meat-lovers had no shortage of mouthwatering treats to pick from. As for our veggie and vegan guests, Hog Roast Inverness made sure they were treated to our equally tasty grilled vegetable skewers (halloumi optional) and BBQ pulled jackfruit buns topped with plant-based ‘slaw.
We’re big believers here at Hog Roast Inverness that no feast is complete without some tasty sides, and we know our clients agree, which is why we have a full range of extras to choose from. RSE narrowed down their options to crunchy coleslaw, seasonal vegetables and a mixture of traditional and sweet potato fries, which had everyone coming back for seconds.
It was the perfect way to celebrate 10 years of RSE and everyone who came along had a fantastic time. Hog Roast Inverness had a blast too, and we’re keeping our fingers crossed for an invite to the next shindig!
