Hog Roast in Paisley, 70th Birthday!

It was sweet affair at our event in Paisley this weekend. A family get together for our client’s 70th birthday, with guests travelling from as far as New Zealand meant an extravagant offering for the guests. The evening started with sweet canapes including homemade shortbread chocolate dipped strawberries and mini lemon meringue tarts which went down well with a glass of prosecco. The hog roast was the main meal, a tender hog with crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce on soft white baps served with a mixed leaf salad, luxury coleslaw and a four bean salad with mustard dressing. After drinks, guests enjoyed a trio of desserts, the perfect end to a great evening making memories together.  An absolute pleasure to be a part of.
