Hog Roast Craignure’s latest clients were throwing a small party for their close families to celebrate their last minute, secret wedding. Clients Fred and Sam had made a spur of the moment decision to get married after having been together for 15 years! And they wanted a little party straight after the registry office ceremony.
Clients Fred and Sam were having the small celebration at their home, in their garden under a gazebo. The lucky 10 guests were treated to a special wedding buffet.
The happy couple clients worked with the Hog Roast Craignure team to put together a menu that met their needs. The bespoke catering package was all inclusive, and Clients Fred and Sam were pleased when everything they wanted came in on budget.
Chef Steve arrived at the Clients home where the party was taking place several hours before the 3pm serving time and set up the catering equipment. Every dish was created by experienced Chef Steve in the hours leading up to the serving time.
The menu that the Clients had selected included a tasty local free range chicken that was slow spit roasted and served with chipolata sausage and homemade onion gravy. As well as this there was a platter of grilled vegetable skewers, grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers and BBQ pulled jackfruit. There was also bowls of Chefs choice of 3 fresh salads, all of which were packed full of flavour and colour. Finally, finishing off the buffet was a platter of warm new potatoes in an herb butter, as well as a basket of soft gluten free rolls.
The buffet was set out nicely on the serving table, along with the disposable crockery and cutlery that the Hog Roast Craignure team provided. Once the guests and newlywed clients had had their fill of the tasty food, Chef Steve quietly cleared away. All the rubbish from the meal was taken off site by him and disposed of safely by the Hog Roast Craignure team.
Clients Fred and Sam and their guests had a wonderful party to celebrate their marriage, it was a dream come true for the loved up couple.
