With this sudden spell of glorious weather its brilliant to have a job that allows you to be outside as much as ours does. Of course Hog Roast Arbroath are able to cater indoors providing there is enough space and ventilation, we are always at our best when we are able to cater outdoors and believe it really adds to a great atmosphere.
When Allison got in touch about organising a garden party we were thrilled to help and catering team Steve and John got to work planning the perfect garden party menu.
Allison had browsed our menus and decided she wanted to go for something a little different this time and so decided on our southern slow roast menu. This menu, inspired by the tastes of America, involves your choice of three different meats all roasted low and slow and marinated overnight in our secret recipe rubs for that delicious mouth-watering Hog Roast Arbroath taste.
Allison had chosen BBQ pork butt, cajun spiced whole roast chickens and fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs for a fantastic flavour combination! In addition to this she had opted for our salmon option as well as accompaniments of Memphis Style crunchy coleslaw, Greek salad, the all-American classic mac ‘n’ cheese and some sweet potato wedges. With this menu the versatility is often what draws people and means you can rest assured there will be something for everyone, even the picky eaters!
In addition to this we would be providing some grilled vegetable skewers for the vegetarians and of course all the accompaniments are vegetarian friendly too. With a serve time of 7.30pm we had plenty of time to prepare and our team were all set to serve up the Hog Roast Arbroath on the china crockery and cutlery that we had provided for the event.
