We’ve perfected the art of the hog and spit roast over many years of practice and we offer multiple options for our customers – from hiring or purchasing one of our machines, to a fully-catered affair where our chefs and waiters serve you and your guests at your chosen venue. You may be surprised to find out that we actually have lots of different food options, too. We can roast you a pig, lamb, chicken, turkey, sirloin of beef or even something like deer if preferred, but we can also cater for your party or event with hors d’œuvres, starters and desserts, and plenty of other non-roast main courses, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Plus our hog roast machines can not only perfectly roast meat, but we can also use them to cook vegetables, potatoes, and pizzas!
For Alexis’ birthday party that we catered over the weekend, she had been recommended to us by a friend of hers, who had been more than happy with our catering services for a party recently. This was, in part, due to the fact that we had catered for various dietary requirements for her, and with Alexis having invited a vegan to a Hog Roast Dalmally, she wanted to ensure he was catered for just as well. We let Alexis know about our many available options for a vegan, and she asked us to freshly bake stuffed mushrooms. We are passionate about fresh, quality food, so we make everything fresh where possible, and that includes roasting the hog in front of you for several hours until perfectly crisp on the outside and lovely and moist on the inside.
I arrived at the home venue earlier than the rest of my team, in order to prepare the meat and then start cooking it in the back garden. Later on in the day, I would be joined by them, to help me prepare everything else and then serve the Hog Roast Dalmally to the 30+ guests.
The garden was full of irresistible aromas by the time the guests arrived, and after a short birthday speech by Alexis, we got the carving knives out and the queues began to snake around the garden, everyone eager for a taste of the Hog Roast Dalmally.
