Saturday saw us very busy here at spitting pig Scotland catering for a wedding hog roast in Cowie. The build up to the day was as usual very busy with vans to load and staff to transport to the venue. The weather was very kind to us all and the informal wedding at the brides house went very well, they chose our southern slow roast menu of beef lamb and pork, all slow cooked for 12 hours in one of our specialist spitting pig hog roast machines They also had a choice of 3 desserts including lemon tarts, profiteroles and meringue’s with passion fruit cream.
All went very well and it was a fantastic night for a hog roast in Cowie, so we said our goodbyes and headed home to the farm to unload and tidy up ready for the next booking.
